Job Responsibilities: For now, only two • E-com "customer service" (Running the Shopify live chat) • Facebook back end "customer service" (Commenting back to customer comments on FB ads) Qualifications: • Must be well versed in Shopify (knows Shopify all-around/live chat in Shopify) • Must also have knowledge in sales and community management • Excellent English level • Open to learning more skills in the future • Must have at least 1-year experience as a VA • Must be willing to work under Eastern Daylight Timezone • Must be comfortable using Hubstaff
