Acquisition Manager Position

Looking for a friendly, interactive, proactive, acquisition manager to join our team.

This will begin as a part time job and move into a full time position as you prove yourself capable to handle phone calls and seller objections.

MUST have EXCELLENT Communication Skills, speak english fluently, have watched a full season of “The Office” (US Version) or “Friends” or “Seinfeld” (Or specify what american comedy you have watched), able to handle uncomfortable conversations and available to work during US PST Time.

Us, In a Nutshell: We buy houses directly from residential homeowners. We specialize in acquiring & reselling residential investment properties to our clients providing them with a consistent inventory of deals to satisfy their investment needs. We will provide you with all the tools and training you need to succeed in this role!

You, In a Nutshell: This position will work from home remotely. We are looking for people with a sales background. Real estate preferred, but not required. You will make offers over the phone on houses for our company to buy. We need you to build rapport and determine their motivation for selling.

There is no cap on how much you can earn. It is up to YOU. At minimum, we expect $4K-$10K/Mo with a normal schedule of M-F working a minimum of 3 hour shifts each day. The more you close, the more you make; there is no cap! If you are not motivated, focused, and willing to learn, this role is NOT for you.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

Skills Needed: Know your way around a computer, the Internet and using software in general You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise. You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption Must be able to handle rejection well and move on Bilingual is a plus but English is MUST Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc. Previous sales experience (door to door is a plus). Real Estate experience is not required (is a plus).

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective homeowners. Take notes and label each lead in our dialing system based on the outcome of discussion. Follow company provided scripts to determine if each homeowner would be interested in selling their home. Communicate to the homeowner the benefits of selling directly to us. Managing leads and following up with prospects in our company's CRM. Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals.
