As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your focus will be to hunt investment opportunities by problem-solving and rigorously following our proven sales process. You will be provided leads on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, and managing leads in our contact management database system.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 📍Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline 📍Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail, and text communication 📍Management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle 📍Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed 📍Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved 📍Build rapport with potential clients 📍Attend business meetings and training as required 📍Analyze and research investment opportunities 📍Prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale

QUALIFICATIONS: 📌Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record) 📌Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills 📌Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken 📌Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close over the phone 📌Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM 📌Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: ✏️Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor ✏️Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS ✏️Backup workstation (preferred) ✏️Backup internet (pocket wifi) ✏️USB noise-canceling headset

Salary: $5-$6 USD/ hour Work Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM EST
