Job Responsibilities:

• Have experience with medical/dental/doctor office
• Must be able to call Insurance Companies to follow-up claims, receive calls, book appointments and data entry and dental software - Dentrix
• Must be familiar with American Dental Companies
• Good English communication skills -Tech-savvy
• Building positive relationship with patients
• Dealing with insurance collections and verify benefits
• Amenable on Nightshift and Office based (Temporary Work From Home due to Covid

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate of any medical allied courses.
• Knowledgeable of MS Office Application
• With an above-average written and oral English communication skills
• With experience as Medical Biller have an advantage
