Who works here at QA World? I am trying to sign in in PayPal and I don't know how to continue ( below picture ) am I doing it right?

You selected the wrong option.Select "Buy with Paypal" to create a personal paypal account instead or business account.
Just continue creating it then email them using "contact us" and in the email message just request to change to personal account.
