Rate or Salary range: $700-$1000 (USD) or $4.25-$6.25/hour (USD) DOE Pay Schedule: Twice a month every 16th and 1st of the month via Transferwise Commission Based? No

Work Hours and Schedule: Schedule will be within US CST Hours, Monday - Friday 10-6pm CST Work Duration: Long-term, full-time only 40 hours/week

Company: Homeroom is a Real - Estate Co-living Company where we match members to their ideal houses and roommates through a fine-tuned and collaborative tenant matching process. We have elevated the home-sharing concept to a new level. You will take part in :

  1. Reading websites for occupancy laws on each address we are looking to buy or consider buying.
  2. Calling cities to validate occupancy laws for each location.
  3. Acquiring the necessary requirements and regulations from each city.
  4. Calling companies to check on utilities ( gas, electric, wastewater, trash, internet, and water) for each house
  5. Setting up online accounts for utilities
  6. Do some data entry and keep the utility master sheet updated
  7. Oversee updates and deal with utility-related concerns and payments
  8. Handle calls and email communications.
  9. Ensure Buildium and Masterlist files are in sync and updated.
  10. Compile all important documents, photos, and records.
  11. Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
  12. Assist the team in process improvements.

Other Requirements: At least an i5 processor or equivalent Internet speed - minimum of 30mbps Successful background in doing outbound calls and research Knowledge of Construction and Project Management is a plus but not a deal breaker Is able to work during U.S. business hours Familiarity with research and call strategies necessary for the role Knowledge of US Locations, City Laws, etc Fluency in English Communication (MUST: Your English tongue must be near-native and no other accent)
