Job Role: Chat and Email Customer Care Representative NIGHT SHIFT

Work Hours and Schedule:

Regular Schedule: In the first 3 months of employment, you will work 8 hours of training between the hours of 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time). Regular working hours after training completion are to be determined.

Work Duration: 8 hrs/day

Rate or Salary range: $650 USD per month plus 13th month pay bonus. Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, and health insurance reimbursement.

Commission Based only? No


-Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and new customers across all channels: chat, email, and social media (no phone required)

-Learn to navigate multiple internal software systems

-Develop expertise in company products, sizing, and fit to assist customers in finding the perfect size the first time

-Maintain a positive attitude throughout all customer and team interactions

-Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Experience: At least one year of experience in customer service is required.
