OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced marketing coordinator to support and optimize our organizations marketing programs. Duties include tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, building out marketing website and general digital marketing activities. Your creative thinking skills will be an essential part in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our organization’s image, improving digital communication with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.

Ideal candidates should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and must be excellent writers and communicators. Ultimately, the marketing coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual does not have to have experience with all responsibilities below, but can assist the organization with sourcing and managing outside resources to round out a comprehensive approach to marketing. • Build out of marketing website (hello.showmojo.com) to improve customer self-education by leveraging existing content from blog posts, knowledge base articles, drip campaigns, etc. • Recurring SEO optimization • Maintain and evolve drip marketing campaigns • Take ownership of weekly newsletters • Creation and organization of digital assets, including banner ads, magazine ads, email ads, logos, etc. • Coordination and management of all digital and print marketing activities, meeting deadlines, regularly refreshing ads, etc. • Ensuring marketing messaging is consistent and regularly refreshed. • Conduct A/B testing to improve digital marketing activities. • Deliver marketing-related metrics and KPIs • Social media posting, management, and monitoring (Including around trade show activities.)

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a healthy combination of the following experience and attributes. You do not need to have everything listed here. • Prefer degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience/certifications • Demonstrated experience with WordPress • Knowledge of CMS • Demonstrated experience capturing meaningful pass/fail metrics on individual campaigns • Demonstrated experience with SEO optimization • Demonstrated experience with email marketing and related tools • Good eye for design and some capability with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Canva • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills • Knowledge of web analytics, familiarity with Google Analytics • Project management experience • Strong attention to details • Internal awareness of technical expertise to assess where to use other resources if you do not feel you have the required competence to complete a responsibility.
