  • Mastery of written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills / high computer literacy
  • 20-40+ hours per week of availability
  • Fast and stable internet connection Desirable skills and experience:
  • Proven professional experience writing in English
  • Experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Any remote work experience

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling and planning meetings and events
  2. Travel management
  3. Calendar management
  4. Email inbox management
  5. Organizing and filtering the client’s inbox
  6. Sending and responding to emails
  7. Data collection and management
  8. Online research and reporting
  9. Other administrative tasks and projects
