Naruhodo Solutions is a professional service provider based in the Philippines dedicated to helping start-up and established businesses by providing excellent customer support services.

We are currently looking for freelancers for email and chat support to join our growing start-up team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide fair and accurate analysis of communications between customer support teams and customers. This position will interact with all levels from customer support team members, to managers, to executive management. We require a high level of professionalism and the ability to operate with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

You would be responsible for tasks including but not limited to: -Responding to emails and other messages from customers and giving them timely feedback; -Achieving consistently daily targets and other performance goals; -Serving as a mediator between customers and clients in cases of disputes; -Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; -Determining the cause of the customers' problems; -Selecting, explaining, and expediting the best solution to solve the problem;

  • Following up to ensure resolution.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM Laptop and Desktop Specifications:

  1. Desktop -AMD Athlon 200GE or Intel i3 5th Generation above -8GB RAM -128GB Memory (ROM), SSD storage preferred but not required -Windows 10 OS / macOS 10.13: High ----Sierra (Lobo) / macOS 10.14: Mojave (Liberty) / macOS 10.15: Catalina (Jazz) / --Chrome OS -Stable internet connection (minimum 5DL/5UL speed) -Optional: Headset with extended microphone (you can also have a regular cellphone headset with a built-in mic, we just need to hear you clearly with minimal noise)
  2. Laptop -AMD Ryzen 3 or i3 6th generation -8GB RAM -128GB Memory (ROM), SSD storage preferred but not required -Windows 10 OS / macOS 10.13: High ----Sierra (Lobo) / macOS 10.14: Mojave (Liberty) / macOS 10.15: Catalina (Jazz) / --Chrome OS -Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps DL/ 5 Mbps UL speed) -Optional: Headset with extended microphone (you can also have a regular cell phone headset with a built-in mic, we just need to hear you clearly with minimal noise)

Other requirements: -No frequent power outage (no brownouts lasting longer than a day, no daily or weekly brownouts) -Strong critical thinking skills -Excellent command of the English language -Able to multitask
