Sana po may makapansin, has anyone experienced na mgwithdraw sa payoneer to bpi savers account but declined or unsuccessful yung transaction pero bumalik nman yung pera sa payoneer account mo kelangan po ba n may balance yung atm card bago mgtransfer, salamat po sa lahat na mgccomments.

Hello. It happened to me. Usually sa end ng Payoneer ang issue. You can reach out to Payoneer's customer service by calling 6466583695. You can use Google Voice or Hangouts to call. Hope this helps.
