Hi, just ask, does the VA need fluent in English? and already graduate? It’s my first time because I'm applying.

Depende sa employer mo kung gusto nila na nagbiu-videocall kayo or sa trabaho na din kung customer service by phone or cold calling ang trabaho
No, not necessarily na fluent as long as magkakaintindihan kau ng client mo at magagawa mo ng maayos ung task.
Depende po sa work. If puro back end task lang, there’s no bearing. But if you need to do frontend task or with voice, fluency is definitely a must.
