Bought additional 40 connects today worth $6, which is deducted from my atm is 317.40. There is a service fee that why they are using visa card to conduct?
Is it better to be in my balance that I’m going to have a magpay for extra connects? I haven’t tried it yet.

When you buy dollars to pay for something, banks and cards normally use the selling rate or higher.
Save up and use dollars next time.
