The frontliner assisting guests with their needs (virtually) during inquiry and all throughout their reservation.

The work entails (but not limited to) guest screening, updating of files, ensuring all the questions of the guest are answered and escalating questions/situations when needed. The Guest Concierge Associate also ensures that all protocols are followed through within the process and that internal instructions are done accordingly.

They are expected to give the quality 5-star customer service to all clients - guest or homeowners.

Requirements:

• Fluent with conversing with guests (in written form)
• Deliver high quality customer service
• Work full time (6 days a week) graveyard shift
• Follow through instructions with minimal supervision
• Read and understand messages to be able to give a proper empathetic response
• Work accordingly with the team for united success
• Male applicants are preferred
