Description/Information: We are looking for someone who has a background as a Property Manager. UK property management experience is a plus but not a must!

Job Responsibilities: Process start of tenancy referencing and vetting. Arrange for all documents to be signed such as tenancy agreements. Dealing with tenant queries and maintenance. Communicating between tenant, contract and landlord to get the jobs approved and booked. Answering calls that come in and booking appointments. Process tenants checkouts Basically the general day to day tasks that will occur.

Note: This is the first time that the client will be working with a VA and wants to have someone who is competent enough to create a team of Pinoy VAs in the future!
