Our client provides customer retention solutions for the automobile industry including Manufacturers and Dealerships in the US. Some of the services they include: • Inbound Appointment Call Scheduling • Recall Support • Service CRM Tools • Outbound Call Campaigns • SMS Texting Platform (Advisor to Consumer)

RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role consultants will accept and handle inbound calls from dealership customers with the intention of a final resolution. This includes: • Inbound Appointment/ Advisor/ Dealership Requests • Coordinate / Schedule Customer Service Appointments • Recommending Additional Service Needs (Presell) • Use Scripts to Help Guide Each Call • Manage and Document Process in respective CRM tool and Software(s) • Performing other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor

TRAINING: • Two week paid training class • Specialized phone equipment may be required but will be provided if hired (hard phone, software, etc)

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: • Hard wired internet • Laptop or desktop Windows 7 or better NO Macs!!!

QUALIFICATIONS: • 35+ WPM • Professional and friendly phone skills ( BPO experienced preferred ) • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple software(s) (concurrently)
