Does anyone have experience hiring freelancers from Fiverr? is there an escrow there too (like upwork)? if I buy a service and the freelancer didn't deliver, is my payment will be safe? Please enlighten me. Thank you sa sasagot!

Hello, I have fiverr. Usually when a person buys yes pay upfront then the freelancer has to deliver within the specified time. Matagal bago magpost yung bayad and one of my clients there decided to hire me outside of it because of ridiculous fees.
Yes, pwede mo ireport and then mababan na yung freelancer.
Not sure about the escrow part but yes may payoneer din na payment option don.
