π―π―π―!!! I remember one of my students from other company mentioned that they pay more than 800 pesos per 55 minutes but only to find out that schools are just paying teachers for 100php per 55mins π’
We might ask our students to move out with us as well nyahahah... us unprofessional, but are they?.. π€£π€£π€£
This esl company where I previously work with advertized a very enticing salary, but I when I get there, they manipulate students so I only got few students, and Im receiving below 6k salary every cut off.. Kinukwento ng mga students ko na ang mahal ng binabayad nilang fee sa esl company na to. Blinoblock ng company yung mga avail slot kaya kontrolado bilang ng students sa bawat teacher, inis screenshot kc ng students ko kaya nakita ko na sa system ng students reserved na yung slot na yun pero ang totoo ay hindi kaya lagi ko sinasabi sa students kong yun na tawagan ang office ng company pra magbook sa avail na sked ko. Kaya nagresign aq at nag BPO nlng. Etong ibang esl sucks, ang baba ng rate at kontrolado ang sked mo kahit na avail nman. Nakkadiscourage. Pero hindi ko sinabi sa ibang students ko how they manipulate the system. Karma works anyway. Good luck sa esl company na to.
Maybe abc360 does not give reasonable(what is reasonable salary for you?) salary to their teachers eventhough students are paying way more than the teacher's salary..that is more distrusting..π€£ππ
