Hello, kindly give me an idea and topics on how to free talk or just have a conversation with a new student. Thanks!

I can only speak for myself, and this one works for me. If your student is new, then get to know you and ice breaker questions will go first. After that you’ll get topics from his interests to discuss and incorporate your lessons in them. My topics range from K-pop to Conspiracy theories and everything in between.

Using relevant and interesting materials to your students always work and get the most reluctant student to come out of his shell. This works for both the young and adult learners. — learned this from experience.

Listen to your student and ask follow up questions from the answer.

Ask questions even though you already know the answer. The key in freetalking is for your student to talk and for you to correct.
