**Job Description / Tasks **

  • Manages daily admin asks for the client
  • Social Media Management
  • Creating marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, posters, etc.
  • Posting listings in various CRM systems.
  • Contract processing
  • Email management
  • Blog Writing

** Required Qualifications **

  • At least 6 months of SOLID call center experience with the SAME company.
  • At least 3 months of SOLID Virtual Assistant experience handling a Real Estate campaign or for a Real Estate Client
  • A Filipino citizen & currently residing in the Philippines.
  • Can provide Philippine HR Requirements such, but not limited to: NBI Clearance, COE, etc.
  • Has strong work ethics, independent self-starter and can adapt to change quickly.
  • MUST have excellent command of the English language. Both in written & verbal.
  • MUST be available to work FULL TIME on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT
  • Willing & flexible enough to work on a graveyard shift and on shifting schedules without any issues.
  • Reads & comprehends instructions well.
  • Creative and can think out of the box ideas.

**System Requirements **

  • Has a fully functioning laptop or PC with at least 4GB RAM and is running on i3 Processor or higher. This is REQUIRED.
  • Has a USB headset with Noise Cancellation feature. (No earphones or earbuds)
  • a working webcam.
  • Has a WIRED internet connection of at least 3mbps total speed. (Wifi connections are NOT allowed)
