We are looking for a Junior Real Estate Analyst Qualifications: A real estate background is a must. Additional training is provided on how to navigate the tools/system. Junior Real Estate Analyst will report to the Senior Analyst. Work Remotely? Yes Rates: 25,000 Pesos minimum, negotiable depending on work experience and qualifications Work Duration: Part-time and can lead to Full-Time Equivalent. Work Schedule: Flexible and will only require to work in the evenings if there is a scheduled client call/meeting Commission Based? No

Responsibilities: Daily tasks include checking prices, valuation of properties, checking of requirements, checking qualifications of buyers, some excel work for the properties' features, and other clerical jobs related to the position.

About the Client: The client buys, renovates, and sells properties located in the USA. The client is based in Florida.
