We are seeking go-getter ISAs for Jersey City Capital, a growing Real Estate Investment Firm.
What we offer: • $6-$8 hourly rate depending on experience • Multiple tiered structure commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Making sales calls to generate appointments
- Answering client calls from various marketing channels
- Managing, organizing and updating CRM (Podio)
- Qualifying prospect clients and uncovering motivation
- Following up and nurturing potential clients
Job Requirements:
- At least two years of proven sales or real estate experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Possess a strong personality, one who is outgoing, flexible and can handle rejection
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Able to work in EST
- Minimum of 25 Mbps stable internet speed connection
- Main and backup PC (at least i3, 8GB RAM)
