WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for SMART, HUMBLE, and COMMITTED professionals to assist our growing sales team! This is an ideal position for someone serious about having a FULL-TIME career. We want someone smart, who can work with less supervision and has good judgment. We want someone who can adapt to a work-from-home set-up efficiently and is a fast learner.
WORK DETAILS:
- permanent WORK FROM HOME
- Salary - $4.5 - $5 per hour
- 40-hours per week (Mondays-Fridays) | 2-days off |
- Minimum 7.15 hours per day I Paid Overtime
- 9AM to 8:30PM Pacific Standard Time | Paid Overtime
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend outbound calls for prospective homeowners regarding their interest in selling.
- Confidently use and internalize our scripts.
- Handle objectives unshakable.
- Properly disposition each call.
- Comfortably use software dialers.
- Experienced in Admin Tasks
SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor
- Stable internet connection of at least 10mbps
- Private and Quiet Work Environment
- Backup internet and power source
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
