What you will be doing:
- Manage all clients' programs, systems, and administrative duties
- Collect and assemble data, research, complete reports and maintain databases
- Managing Calendars - Maintain, schedule and coordinate meetings
- Control all correspondences and calls by responding or directing appropriatey
- Prepare documents, memos, emails and presentations
- Complete assigned tasks with high quality efficiently and effectively
- Personal tasks or other duties as assigned
