What you will be doing:

• Manage all clients' programs, systems, and administrative duties
• Collect and assemble data, research, complete reports and maintain databases
• Managing Calendars - Maintain, schedule and coordinate meetings
• Control all correspondences and calls by responding or directing appropriatey
• Prepare documents, memos, emails and presentations
• Complete assigned tasks with high quality efficiently and effectively
• Personal tasks or other duties as assigned
