- You will be calling warm leads that come through one of our lead generation funnels. These leads are people that are applying to become a solar sales representative.
- You should have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter; solar sales recruiter or for any sales position is a plus
- Work experience in a solar industry is not required but is an advantage
- With excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Result and customer oriented, team-player, dedicated and with high integrity
- With good internet connection and own laptop with specs that will best suit the tasks of this role
