URGENT HIRING!!! Work Remotely: Yes Position: Recruiter Working schedule: M-F; 40 hours a week on EST time zone Rate: $4/ hour during the 1 month probationary period; subject for a bigger rate after evaluation

• You will be calling warm leads that come through one of our lead generation funnels. These leads are people that are applying to become a solar sales representative.
• You should have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter; solar sales recruiter or for any sales position is a plus
• Work experience in a solar industry is not required but is an advantage
• With excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Result and customer oriented, team-player, dedicated and with high integrity
• With good internet connection and own laptop with specs that will best suit the tasks of this role
