Relotz is in need of an Acquisitions Manager (Permanently WORK FROM HOME)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage telemarketers
- Call potential sellers to gauge their motivation to sell and get home information and an asking price
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers
- Arrange to get photos and a description of the condition of the house
- Arrange with the seller to get a signed contract and keys to add a lockbox to vacant properties
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures and timelines
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients and explain the reasoning behind the offer presented
- Keep CRM (Podio) completely up to date and offer status updates to the team on each property and offer
- Make consistent follow up calls to potential sellers and continue to work leads on a daily basis
- Create and send reports for stats
- Answer client questions and troubleshoot telemarketers issues
- Other manager tasks
Qualifications:
- experience on real estate acquisitions
