Role: Responsible for building relationships with clients while ensuring that their KPIs and business needs are met by their assigned Virtual Aids. Serves as a liaison between the Company and client to maintan high satisfaction of the client. Ideally, the CSM has a strong background in DMM to effectively support coaches in their business' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between SC and its clients to ensure assigned Virtual Aids deliver high quality services to clients.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve the company-client relationships and the retention of the client.
- Building relationship with prospective and existing clients.
- Check-in with clients if there are other services that we can offer to support their business.
- Always ready to attend and identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and secure the renewal of client agreements.
- Onboard and keep each client's product journey up to date.
- Generating reports and dashboards for the company and clients.
- Update, track, and maintain Customer Relationship Management tools and platform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
- Proven strong work experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good comprehension skills and enthusiastic
- Experience in software such as Canva, Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom and Bubbles.
