Long-term Customer Support Representative, $4 - $5 per hour
Customer Support Representative Work remotely: Yes Work Schedule: M-F, 40-45 hours a week (CST); half-day on Saturday if needed Rate: $4 - $5 per hour Status: Long-term

- With at least 1 year of experience in similar role; in an e-commerce industry is a plus
- Organized, keen to details, with sense of urgency and excellent communication skill
- Knowledgeable in ActiveCampaign, NectarDesk, GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets, BaseCamp and Monday.com is a plus
- Must have a strong internet connection and good laptop specs that will best suit for the tasks
Responsibilities:
- Answer email tickets, live chat and Facebook group responses from the students
- Attend and assist coaching staff on live zoom calls and monitoring of chat panels for CSR/ technical questions
- Update the call reporting tracker and provide daily feedback of tasks
- Attend weekly team meetings and directly work with the Customer Care Manager
