Description/Information: Who we are: We are a medium sized wholesale and retail business based on the North side of Brisbane, Australia. Our office is located in Brendale, QLD,

KPIs · 5k increased organic reach each month till 100k reach. · 13.0+ ROAs on all ad spend. · Bonus of $700 per month paid if ROAs of 15.0+ is achieved ($20k+ ad spend per month) or 10k increase in organic reach in said month.

Note: We do not wish to hire an agency. We wish to hire a full-time employee who will be available Monday to Friday 9-5 AEST. Morning meetings on Zoom and constant contact via SLACK and use of screen monitor.

What we require: A full time SEO/PPC (Adwords and FB)/Online Marketing whiz who has a passion for the health and fitness industry and an incredible attention to detail. They must be self motivated, reliable, enjoy helping others and willing and eager to learn our product lines intimately.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

1. SEO - our site is a PHP ecommerce system (only white hat). Opencart/AWS.
2. Google Analytics - improve our conversions through GA analysis. A creative think that makes tweaks daily to see improvement in our SEO.
3. Google Search Console (previously Google Webmaster) - keep our site healthy
4. SemRush- monitor our competitor rankings and report on progress each week.
5. Google Adwords (Search and Display) - create specific targeted CPC campaigns in google for each of our product lines and adjust daily to achieve a ROAS of 13.0+
6. FB Social ads – create campaigns, adsets and ads to achieve a ROAs of 13.0+
7. Google Youtube ads – create campaigns, adsets and ads to achieve a ROAs of 13.0+
8. Other Network CPC campaigns - create ad campaigns with our graphic designer for other sites (other than Google Adwords)
9. Blog - help create blog posts on our blog (Wordpress).
10. Integrate our Youtube, Instagram, FB, Twitter and Pinterest to improve our SEO

We require a flexible team player, able to take on other duties as well their assigned work.

Team currently in Brisbane that would be applicable/working with you on a daily basis:

1. Design/Graphics – creating all visual content
2. Videographer – creating video content
3. Copyrighter/CRM/EDM expert – writing and reviewing articles
4. Developer – full stack
5. Developer – outsource full stack
