The ideal Insurance Customer Service Virtual Assistant has the ability to offer necessary assistance, support, as well as provide a valuable connection between insurance customers and policy providers. You may also be required to review a customer’s policy and direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
Experience:
- Preferred if candidate has 1 - 3 years of Insurance Industry experience (Property & Casualty)
- 1 year minimum of CRM experience
- Appointment Setting/Telemarketing, and Outbound Calls
