US Medicare Solutions Hiring Long term full-time Telemarketer / Lead Generator

Work Remotely: Yes Job Role: Telemarketer / Lead Generator Company: US Medicare Solutions Work Hours and Schedule: Long term full-time | 10am to 6pm EST (paid lunch) Rate: $3.50 for the first 30 days and you will increase to $4 or $5 depending on your performance

Additional info: Bonuses are paid weekly after 30 days of employment. 1 Week paid vacation and 1 week paid sick time after 90 days of employment. All Philippine and US national holidays are paid after 90 days of employment.

Bonus Structure is as follows: 5 transfers sold - $70 paid the next week (in addition to your hourly wage) 7 transfers sold - $90 paid the next week (in addition to your hourly wage) 9 transfers sold - $150 paid the next week (in addition to your hourly wage) All sales above 9 are an additional $10/per sale (in addition to your hourly wage and all previous bonuses) Commission Based only? Job Description: Using an autodialer, the lead generator will go through a qualifying process of a few simple questions with the interested consumer. The lead generator will then transfer qualified consumers to a live representative or set an appointment for a more detailed explanation of benefits and the goal of closing qualified leads. The lead generator is not responsible for selling any products.

Qualifications: Excellent spoken English skills Must be able to work with minimal supervision (work from home) Self-motivated Reliable internet and computer system A quiet working environment Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and customer service.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year telephone sales / telemarketing / cold calling experience
