My friend is teaching for them and she has tesol and a bachelor but no I don't think so.

You just need a teaching license/certification. They won't ask for a diploma.
How much is the rate?
Palfish starts at 12RMB / 25mins (around P87)
Gradually increases as you earn points. Max is 18RMB / 25mins.
