PayPal is undergoing maintenance, not sure when it will be back.

paypal has technical issues as advised by gcash support. so better wait until it is resolved before trying to cash-in or link accounts.

Yes, ever since so I actually use Paypal to Paymaya. Even got the the Paymaya master card in less than 2 weeks since I ordered. For Gcash mastercard i've been waiting for 2 months now.
