My employer sent me payout but PayPal shows zero balance

Just a question. I received an email from paypal that my employer sent me my payout but my paypal account shows 0 balance. 😢😢Anyone encountered this and what do I need to do? Thanks!

@Mae Yes, I still have a promotion to pay this week, maybe it won't reflect on my account.

Make sure your email is linked to PayPal...

Update: I don't know if this was just a glitch but now, they sent me again another payment and it now reflected on my paypal account.😆😆 Thank you guys.
