Responsibilities:
- Manage Client relationship and VA's in operations including client concerns
- Facilitate Client and VA meet and greet
- Create plans and strategies to address business/client needs related to operations
- Manage VA's performance and behavior
- Prepares monthly business review or update of growth
Requirements:
- At least 1 year VA experience in US Real Estate/Healthcare Account
- At least 1 year BPO Managerial or Supervisory/Team Lead Experience
- 1 year sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work without direct supervision
