CoreVS is Hiring Client Success Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Manage Client relationship and VA's in operations including client concerns
• Facilitate Client and VA meet and greet
• Create plans and strategies to address business/client needs related to operations
• Manage VA's performance and behavior
• Prepares monthly business review or update of growth

Requirements:

• At least 1 year VA experience in US Real Estate/Healthcare Account
• At least 1 year BPO Managerial or Supervisory/Team Lead Experience
• 1 year sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work without direct supervision
