You will be trained and will potentially have the following responsibilities: Live virtual scribing Handle administrative tasks in a medical setting such as: • Managing appointment calendars • Fax management • Updating patients' charts in the EHR (Electronic Health Record) • Attending to patient inquiries via phone calls, email, and text • Prescription refills • Medical insurance verification and prior-authorization • Medical coding and billing • Other clinical back-office tasks your client might need help with.

You will be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications: • Graduate of (and preferably licensed) any allied health profession • Good English communication skills • Reliable, high-speed wired internet connection >10mbps (LTE not allowed) • Intel Core i3 6th gen processor and above (or AMD equivalent) • At least 6GB of RAM • Have a webcam and a noise-cancelling USB headset • Able to work full-time on night shifts (Monday to Friday)
