Hello, I just started a free trial for a client to create banners and thumbnails for his social medias and once I go live with this, I have no idea what could be my rate is. I’m using Adobe Illustrator most of the time.

Any ideas? Will greatly appreciate the help.

I totally understand you. I might have to do the same as I have no experience yet in this

Yes, don't do free labor, show him your portfolio and tell him that those are just samples of what you can do, that way you can avoid being scammed.

Don't do trials. show your portfolios.

IF YOU'RE GOOD AT SOMETHING YOU DON'T DO IT FOR FREE.. WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH YOU?!? ASK FOR $10/HOUR , TRUST ME SOMEONE IS ACTUALLY GONNA PAY YOU MORE THAN WHAT YOU THINK...BE CONFIDENT.... GOOD LUCK!

Feel the spending capability of your client. Since may pa-trial keme pa siya, then more likely, not much.
