Hi. Ask ko lang ano yung benefits na makukuha mo if home base ka? Ano yung difference ng office base and home base (aside sa nag wowork ka sa bahay at hndi pagod sa byahe). And anong specs ng laptop and internet speed ang need.
Nagiisip na po kase akong mag work from home. Wala akong background sa home based work but i work as an admin assistant before and currently employed (Call center agent).
Nakakapagod na po kasi yung byahe from Sta maria bulacan to Munoz QC (2-3hrs travel time). Sana may makasagot and Happy new year to everyone.

Expenses ng Homebase (Internet Plan at Kuryente lang) which allows u to have 80-90% ng sahod mo. And flexible working hours.
Hawak mo oras mo and ikaw ang magdedecide how much you worth🤑🤑🤑 you can work as many clients at the same time as long as kaya mo
No traffic. No ligo (for first three days at least hehe). Eat all you can. More time to sleep. More time with family. More time to talk to Jesus. You can find naman companies that offers the same benefits as what you used you have as an officebased.
Specs at least i3 (but would suggest buy i5 or higher), noise cancelling headset and a good web cam (if needed). Net not less than 10 mbps is preferred. Quiet working space and well lit area (if required ni client)
Home base kasi, you treat it as business. Hindi katulad ng conventional na way ng kitaan which is employment na requirements okay na, you will invest sa mga kailangan mo like internet connection, laptop/pc, headset, camera, and skills na ibebenta mo sa client. Kapag sa SSS, philhealth and pagibig, you need to voluntarily pay for your monthly contributions.
Nasabi na nla ung perks if your working homebased. And downs lng nun wla clang sss or pagibig. Pwede naman ikaw maghulog. Some homebased walang health card (hmo) some homebased meron naman..
@Tiffanny There are companies that offers the same perks such as hmo.. Sss nmn at philhx pwede khit ikaw n mgbayad d pa rin sinlaki ang mgigng expenses mo when working office based.
Home based jobs usually have NO BENEFITS - Why? You are a considered a contractor. In the same way na hindi mo bibigyan ng benefits ang carpinterong gumawa ng cabinet mo. The upside naman is mataas ang sweldo, dun sa laki ng sweldo mo kaya mo na bayaran ang benefits mo - Benefits are usually just 2000-4000 pesos a month.
PC Specs are debatable - In my opinion an i3 2.0 GHZ with an SSD and 8 GB RAM would be the minimum.
No travel time is one of the best perks of working from home, yung time mo na nasa traffic ka e kumita ka na ng pera. - This is why most people who work from home work more than 8 hours a day.
I used to live in Bulacan and honestly, nakakapagod talaga lalo ang makipagsiksikan sa Del Carmen buses. I highly suggest na laptop yung ASUS Vivobook S15. i5 na, 4GB RAM, 1TB ROM, NVIDIA pa. Yun yung binili ko and so far, ok naman.
dont resign till makahanap ka ng homebased job, dahil hindi basta basta ang kompetisyon sa paghahanap ng homebased job, know your ability and capacity, you should know what you can offer, enroll ka if needed dahil kulang ang experience if callcenter and admin work
Madami benefits pero hindi madali maghanap ng stable client sa internet kaya as much as possible ipon ka muna before mag resign..
Benefits? Work on your own time. If you have enough savings for 3-4 months pwede ka na mag resign and jump into working homebased. Pero kung wala ipon ka muna plus your equipments. Humanap ka muna ng client para hindi matagal naka tengga.
Hello! Natira din ako sa Sta Maria dati sa may Las Palmas. For me ang perks ng paghhomebased ay yung (1) pamasahe mo na minsan na ddoble pa pag naubusan ka ng masasakyan ay malaking tipid. (2) pagkain sa labas, sa haba ay hassle ng pagbyahe kadalasan satin hindi nagbabaon kasi hassle magbitbit or nasisiraan ng pagkain sa bayhe o kung ano pa man ang rason. pagnaka homebased ka na well controlled mo yung budget sa food medyo nakakapayat din kasi iwas sa mga processed food. (3) iwas luho, kung impulsice buyer ka malaki matitipid mo dito basta uninstalled ang shopee at lazada 😂
Please note na kapag homebased ka, you are not considered as employee. Walang security of tenure. Anytime pwede ka tanggalin sa trabaho and hindi kailangan i-justify ni client kung bakit ka tinanggal

benefits? mas malaki sahod direkta client. yunh medical card mo, sss, philhealth kahit hulugan.mo.may matitira ka pading pera kasi di ka naman aalis para gumastos o bumili pagkain sa pantry.kasama mo pamilya mo at di ka naghahabol ng oras para makapasok sa.ofis.dahil isang bukasan lang ng laptop toink ayan na naka log in kana ahahah
About sa laptop na lang advice ko. Haha, go for Ryzen Series, mas mura na mabilis pa. Basta sabihin mo lang yung naka SSD na, tapos bigay mo budget mo assist ka naman nila.
I've been working in bpo since 2006 at ds Oct lng ako nag decide mag homebased..unang binili ko lappy 2nd hand lng boughtbit for 9500 so far soo good..try mo sa FB page na to Kim Gener Venepakto..most honebased na nag start jan nabili ng laptop..nakakuha ako ng corei5 at 8gb n Ram for 9500..un kc ang required sa homebased..then i applied sakto nman at nkakauha ako at 2 work ang tinanggap ko..net connection ung iba need nla atlis 20mbps..
