QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have experience with outbound and inbound calls.

Must have experience working with a real estate investor or realtor.
Must have experience as an acquisition manager
Must have experience in social media marketing- Posting Facebook ads, creating website , run ads
Must have experience with admin task, social media marketing and data entry
Must have experience and familiar with different tools and CRM's.
Must be highly organize and follow instructions in a timely manner.
Must be responsive.
Must have good English skills as talking to the guest is involved.
Must have at least 10-15mbps of WIRED internet connection
Good quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone
Quiet workplace
Computer/Laptop: minimum of 4gb RAM, Windows 7-10
