Responsibilities: ✅Manage Client relationship and VA's in operations including client concern's ✅Facilitate Client and VA meet and greet ✅Create Plans and strategies to address business/client needs related to operations ✅Manage VA's performance and behavior ✅Prepares Monthly Business Review or updates of growth

Requirements: ✅At least 1 - year VA Experience in US Real Estate /Health Care Account ✅At least 1 year Client coach | VA coach experience ✅At least 1-year BPO Managerial or Supervisory/Team Lead Experience ✅1-year Sales experience ✅Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ✅Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work without direct supervision.
