We are hiring for a Virtual Assistant:

• No assessment
• Initial interview only. Once passed will be scheduled for client interview.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have experience and knowledge about the field
• Must have their own computer/laptop hardware with webcam and a noise cancelling headset
• must be willing to learn and can work with less supervision
• rate starts at $4 CAD per hour
• incentives and commision based on the clients
• very good work environment
• pay is every 2 weeks

Tip for the interview:

• Use a wired headset with noise cancelling feature
• Be prepared - wear something professional
• Be on your station without any distractions ( people passing by at your back / lot of things in your background )
• Use a webcam at least 5 mbps and have a better lighting
• Avoid saying I do not have experience, this is my first time, i do not know. Rather sell yourself as someone willing to learn, fast learner and willing to work anytime.
