Our company recruits and TRAINS people for real estate jobs in the US, primarily appointment setters and cold callers. You will know the ins and outs of the job before working with your employer.

  • is people oriented: you enjoy talking to people on the phone and giving them information about the company while asking questions to uncover ways to help them.

  • enjoys follow up: talking to people more than once is important in this rile. In some cases, you’ll develop customer relationships for 6 months to a year before they are ready for our help

Responsibilities of a cold caller:

  • identify motivated people who would like to hear an offer for their property. We will reach out to people who might be in distress, so there is a high chance of speaking with motivated leads.
  • have a friendly, listening ear that uncovers their story
  • work with the sales department to close the leads Responsibilities of a lead nurturer/appointment setter/ lead intake:
  • set appointments with homeowners who want to sell their house outside of the traditional real estate model
  • answer the phone and develop relationships with people until they are ready to sell
  • have a friendly, listening ear that uncovers their story
  • set daily, weekly and monthly goals for yourself
