Customer Success Manager

This is a FULL TIME JOB. Pay is $700+ USD!

We are currently looking to hire a highly dedicated and energetic individual to join our growing family as a Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you are expected to deliver an excellent customer experience through phone, email, and chat and you will be doing scheduled demonstrations and training of the software with our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of customer success agents.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Master Software navigation • Managing a team of customer success agents • Generate new leads • CRM platform demo with clients • Email management • Schedule and book appointments with clients for the software demo • Do follow up calls and emails to possible clients • Provide customer service to both inbound and outbound calls

Qualifications: • Excellent English Communication (verbal and written) • At least 4 years of Customer Success experience ideally in a management role • Experience in Sales is a bonus • Proactive and doesn’t need to be micromanaged • Willingness to go an extra mile • "I can do" attitude • Desktop/Laptop with at least i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor • Stable internet connection minimum 25 mbps • Able to work between 8 am to 8 pm EST. Monday to Friday. 40hours per week. (Fixed Weekends off)
