The Recruitment Specialist will be working along with our current TA team and will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of recruitment execution.

  1. Will handle end-to-end recruitment which includes (but not limited to) paper and phone screening, conducting initial interview, background check, etc.
  2. Source candidates using variety of sources
  3. Attract and socialize with potential applicants
  4. Can handle high volume recruitment and comfortable reaching quotas
  5. Organize database of applicants' resumes, application forms, test results, profiles, etc. and pre-screen applicants

Work Schedule: Full-time, 8hrs/day - Monday to Friday


  1. With at least 2 years experience in high volume recruitment in the BPO industry
  2. Confident and well-spoken in English, little to no Filipino accent, or neutral accent preferred
  3. Highly organized, quick to learn, can follow instructions perfectly
  4. Good communication skills and good with people
  5. High degree of judgment and independent decision-making skills. - IMPORTANT!
  6. Knowledgeable in Google Suite

Technical Requirements:

  1. At least 10mbps wired internet connection
  2. Should have a back up of at least 3mbps (pocket wifi and other stable alternatives are accepted)
  3. Computer RAM: At least 4GB RAM Memory
  4. Computer Processor: At least Core i3, higher or equivalent
  5. Computer Operating System: Windows 10, or macOS equivalent
  6. Must have a noise-canceling headset
  7. Do have a noise-free working environment without distractions.
