Job Description: Cold Caller – Doing inbound and outbound calls to US Homeowners. Pre-qualifying leads. Gathering Real Estate property conditions. Admin Tasks. Systems Manager – List Pulling. List Stacking. Skip Tracing. Tracking KPIs. Data Analysis. Supervising a Cold Caller. Salary: $4/hr

Working hours: We accept both full-time and part-time. We follow US Time zones. The shift can start as early as 9PM PST(Phil) and it can end as late as 11AM PST(Phil). We have a training period of 1-2weeks, 8 hrs/day, even for part-timers. 10PM-7AM PST(Phil)

Required Number of hours: Full-time – 8hrs | Part-time – 4-5hrs (5 days/week)

Systems Requirements: Laptop/Desktop with at least 4GB Ram and an i3 Processor. Fast and stable internet connection with at least 10Mbps. Backup Internet. USB noise-canceling headset. Web Camera. And a quiet workspace.

Applicant Requirements: 1-2 years work experience (BPO/Home-based job/Real Estate is a plus!) Must be able to communicate in English with American or Neutral Accent. Tech Savvy. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Literate. HAS AN UPBEAT PERSONALITY!
