Virtua Outsourcing Solutions is Hiring Technical Support Representative

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be learning the ins and outs of our product as well as our processes
  • You’ll respond to inbound support requests via email or chat
  • While we do not take calls nor do callbacks at the moment, there is still a chance that we will be offering this to our users. We’d prefer applicants that are comfortable talking over the phone.
  • Troubleshoot issues as surfaced by users -︎ Use our knowledgebase to determine how to handle user issues
  • Identify gaps in our knowledgebase and file an update request
  • You’ll need to be active in giving feedback on how we can make our processes/product better.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate:

  • Topnotch English skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent Internet connection. Equipment ready: headset and webcam
  • You’ll be the first person that our users interact with, so you should be friendly and personable!
  • Has the presence of mind
  • Team player
  • Problem solver
  • Quick learner who wants to constantly improve
  • Reliable and values punctuality. We need you to be on during business hours and able to answer emails as soon as possible.
  • You may not know a lot about tech but you’re excited to learn more about it
  • Experience with tech support is a plus
