WE ARE HIRING! Work Remotely?: YES Job Role: Call Center Agent (WFH) Company: TSC Insurance Services

It is a newly-established insurance company located in Maryland, US. It is a full-service minority-owned and operated insurance agency and brokerage representing top-rated companies, protecting cherished people and possessions.

Work Hours and Schedule: US TIME; 9:00 AM - 5:00PM; Monday-Friday (Flexible time) Work Duration: Project-based (It can be extended) Rate or Salary range: 4-6$/hr (depending on your experience) Salary: Every 2 weeks via WorldRemit Commission Based only?: NO

Description/General tasks:

  • Since this is a new-established insurance company, you will be expecting to answer incoming messages/calls from prospective customers (estimated 20-50 messages/calls per month; outbound calls to a list of approx. of 150 names (3x each) per month; and provide general information.
  • You will be the primary contact for consumers interested in the products we offer.
  • Additional tasks may be given as agreed upon with the employer.

Technical Requirements:

  • A quiet WFH set-up with at least 10mbps internet connection
  • USB type Noise Cancelling headset
  • Own laptop/PC (at least i3 Core, 4GB RAM)
  • Skype Account

What you should have:

  • At least 6 months-up experience in a call center environment (particularly WFM call center experience)
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Great data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent English skills (listening, verbal, and written communication)
  • Preferably with insurance background but not required
